PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve user convenience without making a purchaser of a telephone set keep waiting.

SOLUTION: A sales system includes an order reception terminal having an input section for inputting order information including purchaser information of a communication terminal and order contents; a transmission section for transmitting the order information by making order identification information corresponding thereto, so as to store it in an order information storage section; and an output section for outputting a record material having the order identification information recorded thereon. The sales system also includes a sales staff terminal having an order identification information reading section for reading the order identification information recorded on the record material; an order information acquisition section for acquiring the order information from the order information storage section, using the order identification information as a key; a medium identification information reading section for reading medium identification information for identifying a user identification information recording medium with the user identification information for identifying the user of the communication terminal mounted on the communication terminal indicated by the order contents included in the order information; and a transmission section for associating and transmitting the medium identification information and the purchaser information included in the order information so as to store them in a management information storage section.
