<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the number of electronic documents that can be output according to the frequency of usage in a plurality of devices. <P>SOLUTION: When the number of electronic documents to be printed exceeds the upper-limit value of the remaining number of printable electronic documents registered in a management table 800, an output device 311 requests the other output devices grouped in the electronic signature of the electronic document to transfer the number of electronic documents to be printed. Therefore, even if the upper-limit of electronic documents managed by an output device 131 is exceeded, the remaining number of printable electronic documents can be shared by inquiring a device in a group signed in electronic documents, thereby adjusting the number of electronic documents that can be output according to the frequency of use of the plurality of output devices. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
