PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronization control method of accurate timing and frequency for suppressing the dispersion of a timing estimated value to be small even while multipath and fading by the high-speed movement of a terminal are present and stabilizing the estimation accuracy of the frequency even when the terminal is moved. SOLUTION: The synchronization control method of the receiver includes a reception step of receiving a plurality of incoming waves, a calculation step of calculating the impulse responses of known signals included in the plurality of incoming waves received over a prescribed period, an estimation step of estimating preceding wave incoming timing on the basis of the impulse response of the earliest timing among the impulse responses calculated from reference signals included in the incoming waves received over the prescribed period, and a synchronization step of performing synchronization processing on the basis of the estimated preceding wave incoming timing.
