PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately set one of a plurality of portable phones as a callee. SOLUTION: The on-vehicle device 1 acquires a Bluetooth address from a portable phone 18 through one of an infrared ray signal, light, a sound signal, a vibration, an IC card 19, electromagnetic coupling, a door lock opening/closing signal and a cable signal, determines the acquired Bluetooth address, and when determined to establish Bluetooth (R) communication with the portable phone 18, performs the Bluetooth (R) communication with the portable phone 18.
