<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat reservation apparatus and a seat reservation program having a satisfactory response and high operability and for easily making seat reservation inexpensively. <P>SOLUTION: This seat reservation apparatus is provided with: a reservation application processing part 11 for receiving the inquiry of empty seat circumstances transmitted from a user through an Internet communication network, for retrieving the empty seat circumstances by using an empty seat circumstance master 14, for returning the result to the user, and for, when a reservation application is returned from the user, issuing a reservation number and updating the empty seat circumstance master 14 and a reservation table 15; and a reservation settlement part 12 for transmitting reservation number notification to the mail address of the portable telephone set of the user, and for, when a settlement request is returned from the portable telephone set, updating the balance of the deposit of a user information master 13, recording information indicating that the settlement has ended in the reservation table 15 and transmitting reservation completion notification to the mail address of the portable telephone set. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
