<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parts management system, which can calculate appropriate maintenance timing for each part and reduces checkups and part costs while enhancing the reliability of a device. <P>SOLUTION: The parts management system has an operational status information acquisition means to acquire operational status information representing the operational status of the device, a work status information acquisition means to acquire work status information representing the work status for the device, and a part exchange time information acquisition means to acquire and accumulate exchange time information representing the status of the exchange time for a part composing the device, and further has a part information extraction means to extract operational status information and work status information on the device for each part composing the device as a maintenance object, a part exchange time information extraction means to extract exchange time information on a part same as the part, and a part maintenance information calculation means to calculate part maintenance information representing the maintenance timing of the part composing the device as the maintenance object based on these pieces of extracted information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
