MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ELASTIC ROLLER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an elastic roller, which can manufacture an elastic roller in a shorter time and reduce the number of staying molds.

SOLUTION: Provided is a manufacturing method of an elastic body roller 10 equipped with an axis 1 and an elastic layer 2 that is carried on its outer periphery. A foam raw material is injected in the periphery of the axis 1 arranged in a cylindrical mold and heated/cured to form the elastic layer 2. The temperature of the cylindrical mold before the injection of the foam raw material is set to be ≤25°C, and after the injection of the foam raw material the cylindrical mold is heated by electromagnetic induction.
