PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid discharge device that is improved in discharge accuracy of liquid by downsizing a circuit area, a head unit, a capacitive load driving circuit, and an integrated circuit device.SOLUTION: A liquid discharge device includes a charge pump circuit and is contained in a package 1000 having a first side 1001 and a second side 1002 that are adjacent to each other in a planar view. A first package terminal CP1 and a second package terminal CP2 are provided along the first side 1001, and at least one of a third package terminal CP3 and a fourth package terminal CP4 is provided along the second side 1002. The first package terminal CP1 is connected to a first terminal T11 of a first capacitor C11, the second package terminal CP2 is connected to a second terminal T12 of the first capacitor C11, the third package terminal CP3 is connected to a third terminal T13 of a second capacitor C12, and the fourth package terminal CP4 is connected to a fourth terminal T14 od the second capacitor C12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13 |
