PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and a quality control method for touch panels that enable the quality history of each of unit touch panels consecutively manufactured even from a rolled base material.SOLUTION: By a touch panel manufacturing method, a product number 2' is printed onto a rolled laminate 1 with a printing unit 2 while the laminate is being conveyed, the product number 2' is read with a reader 3 installed before each step of processing, and data obtained by measuring the distance from the roll, namely the product meterage, with a distance gauge 4; after transmitting the measured data to the process control system, the process data at each step is transmitted to the process control system, where the data on the product number 2', the product meterage and process data at each step are linked to one another to generate product control data, which is monitored to find out particulars of any defect at each individual step and determine whether or not each product is acceptable.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
