The mixing chamber structure for a painting booth of the present invention includes a mixing tank which is integrated with a hood of the painting booth and absorbs adhesive paint scattered on the painting booth, an injection nozzle which injects a coagulant for changing the scattered paint into coagulant particles having no adhesion and an absorbent for absorbing a harmful volatile organic compound (VOC) to the mixing tank, and a flexible duct which is connected to the outlet of the mixing tank and transfers air including coagulant particles to a back filter. The front end of the flexible duct connected to the outlet of the mixing tank with an eccentric structure of a crease type and a guide wing is formed in the hood and an inlet duct connection part to swirl the air mixed with coagulant particles passing through the flexible duct by a centrifugal force. So, the scattered paint can be changed into the coagulant particles.
