securing a catheter and an elongate tunneling member to a connector such that a lumen defined by the elongate tunneling member is in fluid communication with lumens defined by the catheter, and such that the connector is between the catheter and the elongate tunneling member; and flushing the lumens of the catheter with a fluid provided through the lumen of the elongate tunneling member. |
