The present invention relates to a roll-type, portable, and silicon-based three-color chopping board. According to the present invention, three types of chopping boards are used so that three types of food materials can be hygienically chopped. In addition, a silicon-based chopping board portion is used so that a change in form and shape can be facilitated and use in various spaces can be ensured. Furthermore, an external stainless main body portion is used so that the chopping board can be rolled for easy carrying and storage. Moreover, a food blocking portion is used so that removal of food leftovers can be facilitated. The chopping board according to the present invention includes: a chopping board main body portion acting as an overall case of the chopping board; a silicon-based chopping board portion; a roller portion allowing the chopping board to be rolled; a manual handle portion for rolling of the chopping board; and a food blocking portion capable of shaking off food leftovers on the chopping board. The present invention includes the chopping board main body portion, the silicon-based chopping board portion, the roller portion, the manual handle portion, and the food blocking portion, and thus three types of food materials can be hygienically chopped. In addition, the present invention can be used in various spaces, can be conveniently carried around, and can facilitate removal of food leftovers.
