摘要 The present invention provides a building construction method with wind resistance, earthquake resistance, and outside insulation using a form fixing part and adhesive mortar. When insulating and finishing an outer wall of a building, adhesive mortar is used to attach an insulating material to the outer wall. Then an existing form is torn down. Then a fixing part protruding to the outside of a concrete deposit surface is used as an auxiliary fixing member of the insulating material to perfectly attach and fix the insulating material on the outer wall to drastically mitigate separation of the insulating material by an external impact which is the biggest problem of a conventional wet outside insulation method and a flatness defect phenomenon. A form fixing part inserted in the entire concrete deposit surface is used to improve wind resistance and earthquake resistance by excellent structural performance and construction stability. Since the form fixing part does not need to be removed, construction time and construction costs can be greatly reduced. A thermal bridge phenomenon of an insulating material joint is minimized to improve insulation performance.
