The present invention relates to an optical member comprising a quantum rod, a backlight unit and a display device comprising the same. The optical member comprises: a matrix resin layer formed by polymerizing photocurable components; and a quantum rod dispersed in the matrix resin layer and aligned in a predetermined direction. Therefore, the optical member can reduce power consumption.
