The present invention relates to a welding tip and a manufacturing method therefor. The welding tip comprises: a body part which is made of a copper material and has a coupling groove formed on one end thereof so as to be concave along the lengthwise direction; and a head part which is made of a copper tungsten alloy material and has a coupling protrusion formed on one end facing the body part, the coupling protrusion being fitted into the coupling groove, wherein the head part is bonded and formed integrally with the body part while the coupling protrusion is fitted into the coupling groove.
