PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating film having a soft and silvery-white metallic gloss, capable of obtaining a smooth tone with high texture.SOLUTION: A silvery-white photoluminescent coating film having a soft and silvery-white metallic gloss and a smooth tone with high texture can be obtained by including flaky titanic acid whose average major axis of a flaky surface is larger than a specific value, and by adjusting arithmetic mean roughness Ra of the surface to be below a specific value. Such a silvery-white coating film can be obtained easily by a simple method in which a dispersion liquid containing flaky titanic acid whose average major axis of a flaky surface is larger than a specific value is applied onto a substrate, and the dispersion liquid is dried. |
