PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooler for liquid coolant overcooling, that is small-sized, is easy to replenish with a liquid coolant, and provides excellent long-term stability of the liquid coolant's temperature.SOLUTION: A cooler comprises: a heat insulation tank 12; a liquid coolant tank 14 that is surrounded by the heat insulation tank 12 and released to the atmosphere, and is used for storing a liquid coolant; an evaporation part 16 that is provided inside the liquid coolant tank 14 and is used for introducing part of the liquid coolant stored in the liquid coolant tank 14 to the inside of the evaporation part in order to evaporate the part; pressure reduction means 18 for reducing pressure inside the evaporation part 16 in order to make part of the liquid coolant stored in the liquid coolant tank 14 be introduced to the inside of the evaporation part 16 to evaporate the introduced liquid coolant inside the evaporation part 16; and a flow rate adjustor 20 for adjusting a flow rate of air generated by the liquid coolant being evaporated in the evaporation part 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
