PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a pneumatic actuator, and to shorten the assembling time of the pneumatic actuator. SOLUTION: An elastically deformable claw part 10 is formed on an outer peripheral part of a rod cap 9 and engaged with a groove part formed on a cylinder hole 6 formed inside of the actuator body 1, to make the rod cap 9 engage to the cylinder hole 6. |
