PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation apparatus which facilitates jam processing of sheets.SOLUTION: An image formation apparatus comprises: an intermediate transfer belt 31 (transfer belt); a secondary transfer part 4 (transfer means); a registration roller pair 76 (roller pair); a registration motor M1 (stepping motor); a detection sensor SN (detection means) which detects a sheet S conveyed on the downstream side in the sheet conveyance direction of the secondary transfer part 4; and a control part 10 (change means). The control part 10 changes the state from the first state where a pulse is input to the registration motor M1 for rotating the registration roller pair 76 to the second state where the pulse is not input to the registration motor M1 but a current is supplied to the registration motor M1 so as to prevent the registration roller pair 76 from rotating on the basis of the detection result of the detection sensor SN.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
