This medical wireless power supply system is provided with: a medical apparatus having a long inserting unit to be inserted into a living body, an end effector that is provided at a leading end portion of the inserting unit, and a power receiving unit, which has a power receiving member that is disposed in the inserting unit, and which receives power to be supplied to the end effector; a guide tube, which has the inserting unit inserted therein, and guides the end effector to the inside of the living body; and a power transmitting member, which is disposed in the guide tube, and which is connected to a power supply source. The power receiving member is configured longer than the power transmitting member, and the power receiving member has a plurality of power receivable regions that are independently coupled to the power transmitting member by electromagnetic field coupling. |
