PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication controller for controlling a communication device to perform smooth relay of communication in a wide communication band.SOLUTION: A communication controller including interfaces of a plurality of lines connected to a network includes: line detection means which detects the individual lines usable for connection with the network; line speed detection means for detecting communication speed of the detected lines for the detected lines; communication speed storage means with which a terminal making communication with the network by relaying by the communication device and the communication device store all connection speeds being mutually communicable communication speed; line selecting means for selecting a line whose line speed is the highest in lines whose detected usable line speed is a maximum value of the connection speed or less; and instruction means which transmits an identifier of the selected line and the lowest connection speed, which is the line speed of the selected line or more to the communication device which receives the identifier of the line, is connected to the network with the line corresponding to the identifier, receives the connection speed and is connected to the terminal. |
