摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim to provide a method for measuring at a time glycated protein and protein in a sample in one reaction vessel.SOLUTION: A measurement method includes a first process in which glycated amino acids is generated by exposing protein in a sample to protease in a reaction vessel, a coloring reaction based on generation of hydrogen peroxide is made by exposing the generated glycated amino acid to glycated amino acid oxidase, peroxidase, and color developer, and glycated amino acid is measured by measuring a generated colored body by the rate method, and a second process in which after the measurement of the first process, reduction reaction is started and continued to discolor the colored body in the reaction vessel, at the same time or after the start of the reduction reaction, protein in the remaining sample is bonded to protein-bonded colored matter, and the protein is measured by measuring the generated colored body by the rate method.
