<p>PURPOSE:To realize the voltage controlled oscillator stably oscillating at the lower frequency and having the entire circuit suitable for the IC processing. CONSTITUTION:Charge/discharge circuits 2 and 4 of an oscillation loop are constructed by variable gm amplifiers 2a and 4a and capacitors 3 and 5. Thus, the capacity of the capacitors 3 and 5 can be made small and the IC processing of the oscillation loop can be performed. Further, a current value adjustment circuit 8 having a resistor circuit is provided. By setting the resistance value of the resistor circuit, control current D with control voltage C converted is adjusted in advance. With the adjusted control current E, the amplifiers 2a and 4e are controlled. Thus, exterior type circuits such as adjustment circuits are made unnecessary.</p> |
