<p>PURPOSE:To provide the information processor which makes a driving license into an IC card, prevents the carriage of the license from being missed with a device related to the driving license made to the IC card, prevents a car from being stolen or the like and efficiently supervises the violations of the Road Traffic Act or the like. CONSTITUTION:This information processor for car driving license IC card is composed of an IC card reader/writer 2 to insert a car driving license IC card 1, input means 5 to input the license number of a specified driver, storage means 4 to store the license number inputted by the input means 5, judging means 3 to judge whether the license number read by the IC card reader/writer 2 is coincident with the license number stored in the storage means 4 or not, and switching means 6 to be turned on only when the judging means 3 judges the coincidence of the license number. When the switching means 6 is turned on, an electric device of the car is turned on, and the car can be driven.</p> |
