PURPOSE: To unnecessitate processes for taking out a helmet structure from a mold, trimming the helmet, finishing the outer surface of the helmet, etc., by forming a multi-layered fiber structure for obtaining a strength on the inner surface of an outside main body produced by molding a resin and used as a mold. CONSTITUTION: An outside main body capable of having various kinds of sizes and shapes is produced by molding a resin by an injection molding method, a thermoforming method, a rotational molding method or a blow molding method. The produced outside main body 2 is used as a mold, and plural reinforcing layers 10, 10... comprising a glass fiber-reinforced resin or a composite material are formed on the inner surface of the produced outside main body so as to impart a mechanical strength to the helmet structure. |
