<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display two or more pieces of image data by a simple operation when displaying the image data on a display means capable of multi-screen display. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of input means each of which is made to correspond to one piece of image data to be acquired, are operated, the image data corresponding to the respective operated input means are acquired, and when two or more input means are operated within the set time, a layout for displaying the two or more pieces of image data made to correspond to the plurality of operated input means in parallel at the display means is determined.
