The raiser (1) has a base (4) inserted in an interior wall of an industrial rotary kiln, and a head (6) forming a relief with respect to the interior wall, where the raiser is made of refractory concrete or heat resistant material. The head includes an internal cavity (8) filled with thermal insulation material. A transition zone (7) is placed between the base and the head, and presents a section variation constituted by section reduction to form a shoulder at the level of an interior face of the rotary kiln, where the section reduction is about 10 percent.
