Production of concrete components with use of surface hardening

The method for producing concrete components is characterised by the fact that the still soft concrete of a component is hardened on its surface or surface regions at least twice as quickly as in its interior, so that a concrete component with a hard shell and a soft core is produced. The corresponding installation includes a concrete delivery unit, form elements for producing a mould, a shaker for compacting concrete, delivery units for a hardening accelerator, and shakers/vibrators for mixing the hardening accelerator into the component surface.
