Real/Actual in case some day you the User may fin d the your past memory useful. 2. The second to create a synthetic memory, (how you wan t to remember it) not only from another person's (identity of the character - possibly composed) frame of mind (reference) and values and emotions via Neural Links in conjunction to Artificial Intelligence selective recording eg. blocking out the unwanted stimulus(es) from a record ed experience. Which can later be reviewed and tweaked by the User. The synthetic experienc e needs to make the focus of the Neural Links experience design take and have a genuine feel (to make the deletions and additions believable - and modalities especially visually ). T he experience simulates deletion/addition of stimulus of the features (sources) the past encounter, as experienced by the identity of the character in the role and his frame of mi nd at the time. 3. Record another person who had the same or similar experience or was also the re during the same experience (with similar stimulus in similar context) and cut and paste (stimulus creation experience that we are naturally driven to pay attention to and compelled to feel - reactions towards), we could break the mould from the origin of the memories' first encounter to the times that we feel it would be significant to trigger in the future(s) when we become sensitive and overwhelmed susceptible, and the rise and fall of the emotions (eg. intensit y, focus of attention, sensitivity) to which stimulus objects/entities/interactions/experiences rea l and/or remembered from past/extrapolated for future and/or imagined and/or conceptual/intangib le ideas that the mind is occupied with as supplement to the real/actual experience via modalities especially visual and understanding via identifying entities/objects/interactions/experiences/concepts and memory models of relations model - eg. attributes/connections/links/clues to other known entities/objects/interactions/experiences/concepts. Other mind coping techniques that the Artificial Intelligence can help the User and even itself is, is knowing which circumstances not to trouble shoot (to avoid sabotaging) a situation. Take form a situation the best (take away the positive) to adopt and remembe r for future re--experiencing, to take away the unwanted negative (stimulus and your lear nt response behaviour - break mould) and keep guard up from such negativity bobbing back up into awareness at moments of loss of concentration and/or mental searches. Mental searches are best done when alone so you don't mix up cross stimulus to response behaviours/interpretations and careful navigation of the mind, where the Artificial Intelligence could via Neural Links could read the mind of the thoughts that you are incubating and red flag you as soon as possible that one of your openings (your current search paths destination) is a unwanted thought, something you want to avoid, so you don't have the imprint (and residual Obcesseive compulsive disorder) and coupled uncontrollable mental reaction. Another mind coping technique is to relax and let the thoughts run noticing the positive responses and desensitizing and numbing to the positive responses. Another mind coping technique is activity defining quality time by who you'r e with. Another mind coping technique is learning to control the focus of your eyes where and when you want despite distractions. When your eyes are drawn from your desired target, gently draw them back and practice first moving the eye balls, to face top then bottom then one side then the other side. The circle and counter circle as the eyeballs muscles gain flexibility and gain strength it can correct staring problems. From my martial arts training I found my self uncontrollably targeting threats (almost subconsciously) then I considered i t like a game of Pong in the old Aatari Video Games, where you can knock aim of the path of the po ng like eye targets back to the desired target. Also the realization that my mind was still targeting unwanted targets with the sides and back of my eyes helped me. Also learning to walk away, cleanse yourself, the commitment is already made and accept and live whatever you can't fairly change... Going back to the origin entails: Going back to the original encounter and simulating your place in the encounter. Going back to the same point of reference that you experienced the encounter from. Then being who you actually want to be (if you had been the perfect person i n the encounter). Not having the mistaken thoughts no matter how you look (from your original point of - point of view of experiencing fixing) at it (it being stimulus', segments of the compartment, the environment/compartment as a whole.
