PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an odor mixer in which opening and closing of a solenoid valve is controlled usingΔ-Σmodulation method, and an odor record regenerator, and provide an odor record regeneration system using them. SOLUTION: This odor mixer comprises an objective odor gas line for guiding objective odor gas to a gas sensor array via the solenoid valve, an elementary odor gas line for guiding a plurality of basic gases to the gas sensor array via the solenoid valve, a computer for receiving a measured result by the gas sensor array to calculate pattern matching, a feedback line for controlling the opening and closing of the solenoid valve by the computer, a switching circuit for controlling the opening and closing of the solenoid valve, a means for mixing basic gas substances automatically to prepare a mixed odor, and a means for comparing a detection pattern, of objective odor gas substance, by the sensor array with detection pattern, of the mixed gas odor, by the sensor array, by conducting the computer matching, for improving successively the pattern matching while changing a mixing ratio of the elemetary odor gases, and for determining a recipe of an objective odor based on the mixing ratio provided finally.
