PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the dislocation of a tray even when raising a box body. SOLUTION: This packaging box includes a box body 1 with an opened upper end, and a tray 2 formed with a flexible cushion material, provided with housing grooves 2a for housing part of the object P to be packaged, and fit to the inside of the box body 1 from above. The tray 2 is provided with a flange wall 2b extending in the depth direction of the housing groove 2a on its periphery. A fixing mechanism 4 for fixing the tray 2 to the box body 1 is provided between the box body 1 and the flange wall 2b of the tray 2.
