PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stable pinching force without large bending of an inner ring part and an outer ring part from paper faces when the paper pieces such as a document and papers with a large number of pieces are pinched by a clip for office works made of an elastic wire. SOLUTION: The elastic wire is curved and bent to form the loop-like inner ring part 1 and the outer ring part 2 and a connecting part 3 connecting both ring parts 1 and 2 is made to be an unevenly meandering connecting part along a plane crossing at least at right angles to the face 4 of the inner ring part and the face 5 of the outer ring part of both ring parts. In addition, it is thought that the connecting part 3 is made into a three-dimensional connecting part 6 like a spiral shape.
