PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic transfer foil which can prevent easily and reliably the surface of a molded item from being charged with electricity, by a method wherein the base sheet of a transfer foil can be effectively prevented from being charged with electricity during the manufacturing process thereof, thereby surely preventing dust or the like from attaching to the base sheet, while the manufacturing process is simplified and costs are reduced, and to provide a manufacturing method of molded items using the antistatic transfer foil. SOLUTION: In the antistatic transfer foil, an antistatic layer composed of a polyurethane resin containing a silanol group, a melamine curing agent, a strong basic tertiary amine, an electroconductive inorganic filler, and a blocking inhibitor is formed on the rear side of a transfer material wherein a transfer layer is formed on a base sheet having release properties.
