PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wholly perform the treatment of the terminal of a core material by manual work while successively performing the melting work or adhesive coating work of the terminal of the core material by a solder iron when the protruded part of a skin material is involved in the terminal of the core material to be bonded thereto. SOLUTION: In the terminal treatment apparatus for the laminated material 2 for involving the protruded part 3a of the skin material 3 protruded from the terminal of the core material 4 constituting the laminated material 2 in the terminal of the core material 4, a plurality of terminal winding up instruments 5 are arranged to a receiving fixture 1 for setting the laminated material 2. Each of the terminal winding instruments 5 has a winding member 7 having a terminal winding forming surface 6 and a support member 10 for supporting the winding member 7 through a pivot shaft 8 in a manually shakable manner, in order to wind the protruded part 3a of the skin material 3 in the terminal of the core material 4 by the winding member 7, and the support member 10 is fixed and arranged to the receiving fixture 1.
