PURPOSE: A hula hoop is provided, which enables to adjust length of the hula hoop according to the physical condition of a user and exercise ability. CONSTITUTION: A hula hoop is constituted as follows. The connection part is formed in one side end of a monomer and the hula hoop is formed by connecting the monomer(100). The first connecting part connected with the connection part is formed inside the other side of a monomer. In the connection part, a coupling aperture in which the first connecting part is inserted is formed. In the inner side of the coupling aperture, the first coupling projection is formed. In the side of the first connecting part, a binding hump corresponding to the first coupling projection is formed. |
