PURPOSE: A data transfer equipment and a data communications method for using resource allocation information are provided to efficiently use the resource, transmit resource allocation information and reduce system overhead. CONSTITUTION: A PDU(Packet Data Unit) generating unit(110) processes transmitting data and generates PDU. A transmit unit(120) transmits PDU. The PDU comprises a resource allocation header including resource allocation information and a payload corresponding to transmitted-data. The resource allocation information comprises the information of the resources allocated to data transmitted after the transmitted data.
