The water outlet fitting (1) includes discharge pipes (2,3) formed with water outlets (5), and an actuator (10) for changing water temperature and water volume flow. The actuator is at the free ends of the discharge pipes. Temperature sensors (6,7) are also arranged at the discharge pipes for detecting water temperature or water volume flow. The actuator may be provided in the form of a mechanical actuator. An independent claim is included for the operation method of the sanitary water outlet fitting.
