PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein there is a possibility of the destruction of a voltage sensor module caused by a voltage exceeding a rated voltage applied to a terminal connected to a power source and another terminal, in a battery voltage monitoring device. SOLUTION: The battery voltage monitoring device is for monitoring the voltage of a battery pack, having a plurality of battery cells and comprises a first terminal connected to the power source of a voltage sensor module, a second terminal different from the first terminal, and a voltage clamp circuit for clamping the voltage between the first and second terminals between the first and second terminals.
