PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underfloor heating device capable of increasing a degree of freedom in installation conditions and construction. SOLUTION: An upflow opening portion 4 and a downflow opening portion 5 are formed on a floor 1 partitioning a room 2 and an underfloor space 3, an underfloor radiator 6 is installed in the underfloor space 3, and the room 2 is heated by circulation of releasing the warm air from the upflow opening portion 4 into the room 2, and returning the warm air of which a temperature is lowered, from the downflow opening portion 5. As a guide plate 7 is disposed to cover the underfloor radiator 6 and the upflow opening portion 4, and the underfloor radiator 6 can be disposed on a position separating from the upflow opening portion 4, the disturbance of the flow of warm air is prevented to keep good underfloor heating, usability in underfloor heating can be improved by increasing the degree of freedom in installation conditions and construction, and the underfloor heating of high quality can be provided at all times.
