PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust a stroke of a moving piece of a fuel injection valve. SOLUTION: A maximum outer diameter of the moving piece arranged between a fixed core and a fuel injection port and having a valve element opening-closing the fuel injection port on the tip, is set smaller than a minimum inner diameter of a through-hole arranged in the center of the fixed core. A movable core is driven in response to the movement of the movable core constituting an electromagnetic driving mechanism, and both can independently move. The fuel injection port is arranged on the tip of a small diameter cylindrical part of a metallic material cylindrical vessel. After fixing the fixed core to the inner periphery of a large diameter cylindrical part, the moving piece having the valve element opening-closing the fuel injection port on the tip, is installed via the through-hole of the fixed core.
