PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting apparatus which deteriorates neither workability in mounting a V-shaped reflector nor its design. SOLUTION: A base material burr or a peeled off paint in an apparatus body 11 are prevented from falling into an insertion opening 63 at a side of a cutting surface 62 of a nib-receiving recess 61 when an attachment nib 54 of an attaching portion 51 of a reflector 12 is inserted into the nib-receiving recess 61. Accordingly, workability is not degraded in attaching the reflector 12 and a smooth operation can be performed. In addition, a notch 70 when the reflector 12 is attached to the apparatus body 11 is almost invisible from the outside owing to the attachment nib 54 or a fold 51, so that no industrial design deterioration occurs.
