PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage to post terminals due to exceeding external force by tightly connecting post terminals of an accumulator battery with terminal inserting parts to which the terminals are connected. SOLUTION: The terminal inserting part 11 is fastened to the post terminal of the accumulator battery with a fastening washer 21 indirectly instead of directly. The fastening washer arranged vertically to a bolt in accordance with vertical movement of a nut component 27 which is joined to a bolt component 25 is displaced horizontally to decreases the diameter of the terminal inserting part to join the post terminal of the accumulator battery to the terminal inserting part tightly. Movement of the fastening washer which moves horizontally in accordance with vertical movement of the nut is restricted to prevent the post terminal from being fastened excessively.
