PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deterioration of ride comfort while securing sufficient vibration absorbing performance by improving a connection part of a mount frame and a vehicle body frame, in a prime mover part structure for a working vehicle in which the mount frame connecting and supporting a transmission case is connected to the vehicle body frame via a rubber bush. SOLUTION: The mount frame 8 connecting and supporting the transmission case is journaled and connected to the vehicle body frame via the rubber bush 14, and the rubber bush 14 is constituted so as to be more easily elastically deformed in the vertical direction than in the longitudinal direction. Preferably, the rubber bush 14 is internally fitted to and supported by a cylindrical connection boss 11, and a vertical portion of the outer periphery of the rubber bush 14 is eliminated.
