PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel and highly safe anti-aging dermatological composition having excellent cell stimulating action and sufficient storage stability. SOLUTION: The anti-aging dermatological composition activates declined cell-proliferative activity due to aging comprises a cationic lipid, one or more of a highly energetic phosphoric acid compound, riboflavin, ubiquinone and nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate, and one or more of a glycyrrhizin derivative and/or a tocopherol derivative.
