<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce deterioration of detection accuracy of frequency offset. <P>SOLUTION: A base station apparatus 10 comprises a reference clock acquiring portion 18, a PLL circuit 20, a controlling portion 14, and a radio communicating portion 16. The reference clock acquiring portion 18 acquires a reference clock. The PLL circuit 20 controls the frequency of a clock to be used for radio communication processing, based on the reference clock acquired by the reference clock acquiring portion 18. The controlling portion 14 changes control of the PLL circuit 20 while there is a signal to be radio communication processed.
