PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing technology for estimating variation characteristics based on variations between image data. SOLUTION: A matching processor 14 detects corresponding points between key frames imaging a predetermined object at different time points by image matching. A variation detection part 102 detects temporal change of pixel values in the group of the corresponding points which is a set of time series of the corresponding points. A variation characteristics estimation part 104 estimates variation characteristics in the attributes of the object associated with the pixel values of the group of the corresponding points based on the detected temporal change.
