<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constrain an occupant to a seat by a seat belt at a rear-end collision while using a compact and light-weight seat, and to certainly protect an occupant while suppressing the excessive fastening of the occupant by the seat belt. <P>SOLUTION: The occupant crash protection device 100 for the vehicle A is provided with the seat belt 7 supported to a vehicle body for constraining the occupants sitting on rear seats 2, 3 of the vehicle A to the rear seats 2, 3. The occupant crash protection device 100 is provided with a seat movement part 10 for moving at least seat backs 2b, 3b of the rear seats 2, 3 to a vehicle front side at the rear-end collision, and a relaxing part 30 provided in a support part 20 for supporting the seat belt 7 at the vehicle body and relaxing the constraint of the occupant by the seat belt 7 at the rear-end collision. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
