<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce transmission errors of motion picture data, relating to a communication control device, a communication control method and a computer program. <P>SOLUTION: The communication control device controls packet transmission interval so as to suppress local changes in packet transmission interval, on the basis of stream characteristic information 215 and communication characteristic information 213, thereby leveling the packet transmission interval. Thus, transmission interval of packets 211 can be executed exceeding the limitation of the frame rate of motion picture data, and data transmission which is less susceptible to network failure and has less transmission error, such as packet loss, can be made available. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
