A method for surgical treatment of the combined hemorrhoids of 3-4 degrees comprises the excision of internal hemorrhoidal cushions, removal of the external hemorrhoidal cushion, suturing together of the mucous with the anoderm. At the excision of internal hemorrhoidal cushions at height of 1- above the dentate line the mucous with submucous membrane are stitched, the mucous is dissected longitudally between the ligaments, sutured in a cross-section direction, 0.1 % solution of 6 ml ultracaine with epinephrine are administered into the tissues of the external hemorrhoidal cushions, the cushions are removed from within outside, flaps of the anoderm having trapezoidal form are cut out, the mucous is sutured with the anoderm by displacement of anoderm flaps to the mucous, the line of V-shaped suture is formed, thus completely closing the wound surface. |
