PURPOSE: A method performing a resource sharing between a super frame is used in a recognition wireless communications system and an apparatus thereof are provided to prevent SCH collision and share resources between frames. CONSTITUTION: A frame state checker(612) decides the necessity of a resource sharing between frames. When the resource sharing is necessary, a frame generator(608) constitutes a super frame including a first SCH(Super frame Control Header) of the based on the frame. A transmitter(610) transmits a super frame. The frame state confirmation device receives the channel which systems coexisting does not use from a channel sensing unit(604).
